Description
SV Secret Water is Maple Leaf 54 center cockpit pilot house cruising boat that sets the standard for room and comfort at sea. With 3 Cabins and comfortable sleeping accommodations for 6, this boat would be perfect for the cruising family or couple that is looking or space and comfort at sea. Dual helm stations in the cockpit and down below in the pilothouse make passages and night watches safe and secure. Equipped with 975W of Solar, 175A DC Kubota Generator, and 30GPH water maker, SV Secret Water is set up for true off the grid cruising.
After cruising the Sea of Cortez with their family, the owners currently have the boat stored in the Cabrales boat yard in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The Cabrales yard is only 1.5hrs south of the US/Mexico Border and 3.5hrs south from Phenix, Arizona making the location ideal for starting a Sea of Cortez cruise.
Add a Starlink receiver and then for $75/Mo you can work remotely from one of the hundreds of anchorages up and down the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Coast of Mexico.

Owners Note
Secret Water has been the best boat for our family of 5. We sailed from Washington to Panama to Puerto Penasco 2016-2020. We’re the third owners. Second owner purchased Secret Water in 2005. She lived in Vancouver her whole life, except for the last 4 years. We didn’t plan to sell her now, but things have changed for our family and we hope to find her the best new home. Secret Water is a simple boat and can be sailed from the center cockpit or pilothouse. We loved the pilothouse on all night passages, it’s safe and secure.
